1. Log in to your Breeze EHR
2. Click on "Patients" menu
3. Select Patient's Profile
4. Click on Vitals
5. Hovering mouse over each Vitals item will show a magnifying glass. Clicking on the magnifying glass will show vital sign trend chart.
