How to Add a Credit Card to the Patient Portal

In this article, we will walk through step-by-step how to add a credit card to the Opus patient portal.

1. Access the patient portal through the link sent to you through email or text message

 

2. If it is your first time logging in, you'll be prompted to enter your date of birth. If you've logged into your portal before, you will be directed to your patient portal home screen.

 

3. Once logged in, click the 'Add Payment Method' button on your dashboard

 

4. Choose 'Add New Card' and enter your credit card information.

 

5. Once complete, click 'Save'.
