Editing or Deleting Patient Vitals

1. Log in to your Breeze EMR

2. Click on "Patients" menu

3. Select the Patient's Profile

4. On the left side, click on Vitals

5. Hover mouse on date where you'd like to edit, click on the pen and paper icon

7. Once done, click on Save at the bottom right side and update should be reflected

8. To delete vitals, hover on specific date and click the trash bin icon

9. A pop-up confirmation appears, select Remove

10. A success message would show, and vitals should be removed
